Delivery & Recovery

Free at SSR Airport. €15 for non-airport delivery or recovery.

Documents & Eligibility

Driver age 19–70, licence held at least 1 year, valid ID/passport.

Vehicle Group vs Model

A specific make/model/fuel type may be replaced by a similar or upgraded vehicle depending on availability.

Additional Drivers

The first additional driver is included free of charge; further drivers may incur a fee.

Amendments & Extensions

Amendments and extensions are subject to vehicle availability.

Insurance & Excess

Comprehensive insurance is included with an excess of €625. Extra insurance is available to reduce this excess. Exclusions apply as detailed in the Insurance Policy.

Cancellation

See the Cancellation Policy for notice periods and charges. No-shows may forfeit any deposit paid.

Payment

Card pre-authorization may be required. Amounts may be subject to exchange rate variation.

Vehicle Use

Vehicles are limited to paved public roads. Mauritius drives on the left.

Accidents, Damages & Liability

Any accident or damage must be reported immediately via the 24h emergency line.

Mechanical Issues & Maintenance

Report any mechanical issue immediately; do not attempt repairs yourself.

Fuel Policy

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.

A 60-minute grace period applies to returns; late-return fees may apply beyond this.
